Holistic counselling creates space for a deeper understanding of the intricate mind-body connection and how our environment shapes our mental well-being. The medical model is beginning to recognise that our emotional distress - or what I call "psyche-ache" - stems from an interconnected constellation of physical, mental, social, and environmental factors.

At elemental, the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship. Sessions provide a confidential, attentive space where genuine connection occurs - where your mind meets mine, creating room for fresh perspectives and new ways of being.
